What sets these sunglasses apart from others is their unique above-the-frame’s rim lens shapes. Our lens contours are not constrained by the frames; they

Our Sunglass Frames:

Our sunglass frames, which are medium adult size only (lens size 65mm across, nose bridge 15mm, arms 125mm long), are made of Grilamid® TR 90 polymer– a strong, flexible, light weight material with high resistance to UV and chemical damage. Their nose pads are made of soft, non-slip silicone. We offer our frames in four different colors: Glossy Black, White, Purple, and Tortoise Shell.

Our Lenses

Next Horizon Eyewear lenses are made of light, strong polycarbonate (PC), which is highly impact resistant and provides excellent clarity. They have a 9 base curve that wraps them around the wearer’s face for an unobstructed view. To make these curved lenses distortion-free, they are decentered, which places the optical center of the lens directly in front of the wearer’s eyes.
All of our lenses supply 100% protection against both UVA and UVB rays from sunlight. Each lens has an anti-scratch coating for durability and an anti-reflection coating on the inner surface to eliminate glare off the lenses when the sun is behind you.

All of our lens shapes (Slope, Wave and Mesa) fit our Horizon 1 frames. Lenses only are also available.

Refund Policy

Please read this refund and exchange policy carefully which governs your refund or exchange requests concerning your purchase of the Product (defined hereunder). Your failure to read this policy does not entitle you to claim any rights which are extinguished or exclude you from any obligations created under this policy.

DEFINITIONS:

“Product” refers to any of the following products sold by Next Horizon Eyewear, a California LLC and purchased by you from any authorized retailer(s):

Horizon One, sunglasses. Slope, Wave, or Mesa lenses

“We”, “our” and “us” refer to First Horizon Eyewear, a California LLC.

PRODUCT QUALITY:

We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our Products. We warrant that the Products will (a) be of satisfactory quality; and (b) match the specifications you request along with your purchase order. If you are not satisfied with your purchases or get an item which is not in accordance with the purchase order, you may request for refunds or exchange for another Product.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT:

In case the Product is defective or not in accordance with the specifications, you must report the fact to us within three days of the delivery of the defective or wrong item or, as the case may be, the expected date of delivery. In case we are reported of the delivery of the defective or wrong item, we may require you to return the Products at our expense for exchange or refunds. If the Product shows defect in material and workmanship while it is in your use, subject to the Lifetime Warranty Policy, you may make claims to that effect (Please read the Lifetime Warranty Policy below).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Subject to the conditions hereinafter provided, you may return the Product and get full refund or exchange for another Product within thirty (30) days of the purchase if you are not satisfied with our Product. In this case, you need to return the Products at your own expense. We will only consider your refund or exchange request if the Product is to be returned meets the following conditions:

Product is in its original packaging or properly packaged; Product is not damaged; You did not use the Product before sending it back to us; Product is returned before the expiry of thirty (30) days of purchase; Product has not missing parts; or Product was not exposed to heat, fire, water, chemical or any other substance making it look dull, old or not resalable.

If you request a refund, we will refund the price you paid for the Product, excluding the shipping costs, using the suitable payment method.

In case you request for exchange for a Product with different price, you may need to pay the difference or, where applicable, receive a partial refund.

FORCE MAJEURE:

We will not be liable for our failure to process your refund or exchange request due to an event of Force Majeure such as floods, earthquake, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts or an operation of law or an event beyond our reasonable control.

PROCEDURE:

The Product to be returned should be securely packaged to prevent in-transit damages and shipped to us through our address provided hereunder along with the proof of the sales such as invoice or reference number of the transaction and address label through courier services providing delivery confirmation feature. Once received, we will inspect the Product to determine whether it complies with the above mentioned conditions. If it is found, in our sole determination, the Product you returned so complies with, we will process your refund or exchange request. We may reject your request and send the Product back to you if it does not comply with this policy.

You must specify the purpose of returns on some conspicuous part of the package so that the shipment may be directed to the concerned department for prompt processing. You will be responsible for the costs of both side shipments unless the Product is returned due to our fault.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Next Horizon Eyewear, a California LLC, (“we”, “our” and “us”) is committed to provide you with uniquely designed high quality products. In addition to the standards we have devised for the quality and design of our Products, we comply with the ANSI Z80.3 standards for impact resistance and optical clarity. However, due to some uncontrollable events, our products may have defects and damages in material and workmanship. To ensure that you are protected from such defects and damages, this lifetime warranty (“Lifetime Warranty”) allows you to send the defective product to us for its repair or replacement with the similar or comparable product. PLEASE READ THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY CAREFULLY. YOUR WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE ENTIRELY GOVERNED BY THIS WARRANTY.

PRODUCTS:

“Product(s)” refers to any of the following products manufactured by Next Horizon Eyewear, a California LLC and purchased by you from any authorized retailer(s):

a.Horizon One sunglasses and its lenses Slope, Wave, and Mesa.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY:

This Lifetime Warranty covers defects and damages in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product commencing from the date of your purchase to the expiry of one calendar year of your purchase. This Lifetime Warranty covers only the defect in material and workmanship of the original, unmodified and unaltered Product for one year. 

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover if the Product is stolen or misplaced or carries any or all of the defects and damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accident, shock, pressure, exposure to excessive heat, cold or water, improper care or storage, mishandling, neglect, or other natural breakdown of materials over time or any unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the Product.

We will solely and conclusively evaluate the defective Product prior to the acceptance of your warranty claim. Subject to our sole discretion, the Product with defects in materials and workmanship will either be repaired or replaced with similar or any comparable product. The defect(s) and damage(s) not falling within the scope of this Lifetime Warranty due to any reason may be repaired at a reasonable cost. 

PROCEDURE TO MAKE WARRANTY CLAIMS: 

You must send the defective Product to us at the address provided hereunder along with: (a) A copy of the proof of your purchase such as sales receipt issued by our authorized retailer or online invoice, (b) One address label and (c) duly completed warranty claim form (see our website NextHorizonEyewear.com) through any traceable means such as UPS or any insured mail services. We will inspect and reject the warranty claim with or without notification to you if the proof of the purchase is not valid or not provided to us along with your claim. 

The defective Product must be properly packaged using a cardboard box in such a manner that the Product may not be damaged during the transportation. You must specify the purpose of the shipment on the conspicuous part of the box so that the shipment may be directed to the concerned department for appropriate processing. You will be responsible for the costs of the shipment for both sides.

Processing and Inspection:

We will inspect the defective Product to determine the causes of defect and damage. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the defect falls within the scope of this Lifetime Warranty, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the Product within approximately four (4) weeks of the receipt of your warranty claim. If we determine that your warranty claim is not covered under this Lifetime Warranty, we may, subject to your consent, repair the defective Product(s) at reasonable cost including an applicable processing fee, repair cost and shipment expenses. The processing fee applies to all the claims not falling within the scope of this Lifetime Warranty.

Substitution of Product:

We do our best to replace the defective Product with the same Product. However, if the identical Product is out of stock and the defect is irreparable, we will replace the Product with a comparable product in our stock. In such cases, you will be given one time option to select any of the comparable products of the same value.

Repair of Product:

If this Lifetime Warranty does not cover the defect due to the expiry of the warranty period or any other reason, we may repair the Product at a reasonable cost. We will send you the quote for the estimated cost of the repair after inspection of the defects. The processing fee and repair and shipping costs must be paid online through credit card, provided that the payment processing fee shall be your responsibility.

International Claims:

This Lifetime Warranty covers international claims. The procedure for international claims is the same except you are responsible to pay all the costs including repair, processing and shipment costs before we ship the items to you.

SPARE PARTS:

USE OF YOUR CONTENT: 

You agree that we may use, share and transfer any content, communication, images, graphics, feedback or comments you may have provided us in connection with your purchase of the Product(s) or your warranty claim (“Your Content”) anonymously without any liability to that effect. We warrant that we will not disclose your identity at any stage of using, sharing or transferring Your Content to any third party.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  

We shall not be responsible for any mistakes or errors in filling out the warranty claim form, making payment, specifying the relevant addresses, preparing package or any of your mistakes or omissions causing loss to you.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from misuse, accident, shock, pressure, improper care or storage, mishandling, neglect, exposure to excessive heat or cold, or other natural breakdown of materials over time or any unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the Product.

We shall not be liable for any loss of your Product during transportation. You are advised to use the traceable means of mail such as UPS and any insured mail services. 

THE MAXIMUM LIABILITIES OF NEXT HORIZON EYEWEAR, LLC AND ITS DIRECTOR(S), EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES, SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES AND AGENTS UNDER THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY, OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT, REPLACEMENT WITH COMPARABLE ITME OR REFUNDING THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. NEITHER NEXT HORIZON EYEWEAR, LLC NOR ITS DIRECTOR(S), SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES OR AGENTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY INABILITY TO PERFORM UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DUE TO EVENTS BEYOND ITS OR THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL SUCH AS ACTS OF GOD, OR FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EXCEPT THOSE DAMAGES WHICH CANNOT BE LIMITED, EXCLUDED OR RESTRICTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

This Lifetime Warranty shall be governed by the applicable law of the State of California without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions or any international convention. Any and all disputes, issue, claims or differences arising out of this Lifetime Warranty shall be settled by mutual consultation between the parties in good faith as early as possible, but failing such amicable settlement, the matter shall be submitted to the court having competent jurisdiction over the matter and the town of Sonora, CA.

ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS:

Your rights and obligations under this Lifetime Warranty shall not be assigned or transferred to any third party. This Lifetime Warranty shall cease to exist when you sell or transfer to any third party. However, we may assign any of our contractors to receive, inspect, process or satisfy your warranty claim made under this Lifetime Warranty.

SEVERABILITY: 

This Lifetime Warranty is intended to be legal, valid and effective under the applicable laws and, to the extent permissible under such applicable laws, this Lifetime Warranty shall be construed in a manner to avoid violation of or invalidity under any applicable law. In case any provision of this Lifetime Warranty is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any applicable law, the same shall either be severed from this Lifetime Warranty or, to the extent permissible by the applicable law, be deemed lawfully to be amended to conform to our intent, and other provisions hereof shall be valid and legal.

AMENDMENTS:

This Lifetime Warranty may be changed at any time without any prior notification to you. Your warranty claim will be governed by the version of the Lifetime Warranty which was effective at the time of your purchase.

SEVERABILITY: 

This Lifetime Warranty is intended to be legal, valid and effective under the applicable laws and, to the extent permissible under such applicable laws, this Lifetime Warranty shall be construed in a manner to avoid violation of or invalidity under any applicable law. In case any provision of this Lifetime Warranty is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any applicable law, the same shall either be severed from this Lifetime Warranty or, to the extent permissible by the applicable law, be deemed lawfully to be amended to conform to our intent, and other provisions hereof shall be valid and legal.

AMENDMENTS:

This Lifetime Warranty may be changed at any time without any prior notification to you. Your warranty claim will be governed by the version of the Lifetime Warranty which was effective at the time of your purchase.
